Baby Back Ribs

It's been a while.

 

Honten's fall-winter menu is baby back ribs. Comes with creamed corn, French fries and onion rings.

 

As I've told you many times before, we cook them from scratch, and these ribs, oh they require a long time to prepare. They need half a day.
